Hi there, my name is Joe. The Loaded Kiwi was an idea that evolved after being convinced by friends and family that I should try the food industry. Jen (my lady) and I have both established a great reputation catering for large groups and sharing good old school food and hospitality — so it was a natural move.

Starting from absolute scratch with no funds was daunting. But that led me to wonderful people who contributed their wisdom, guidance and support. Before you know it, here we are — our awesome little setup in our hometown of Whitianga.

Loaded Fries, Burgers, Loaded Potatoes and much more. All made in-house — our sauces, smoked meats, patties. When we say old school, we mean it! Our breakfast burgers are gaining a huge reputation among our hard working tradies and weekenders. And after partnering with Coffee Lala, we're producing some awesome barista-made coffees.

Our aim will always be to bring back the old school standard of customer service and value for money. If you've decided to grace us with your custom, it is our duty, honour and privilege to ensure you are treated well. It's that old school thang!!
